We supply a range of interior finishing and building products including flooring (SPC, parquet, laminate, carpet tile), wall panels, ceramic and porcelain tiles, WPC and wooden doors, curtains, blinds, sanitary ware, and bathroom accessories and fittings.
We take reasonable care to display product descriptions, images, and specifications accurately. However, product colours and appearances may vary slightly due to screen settings or batch variations.
Quotations & Orders
All prices and quotations provided are valid at the time of issue and are subject to change. A contract is formed only upon our written acceptance of your order or issuance of a formal invoice.
Payments
Payment terms will be specified on your invoice or quotation. We reserve the right to withhold supply until full or agreed payment is received.
Delivery & Installation
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on stock availability and logistics. We will notify you of any significant delays. If installation services are provided, the scope and terms will be agreed upon separately in writing.
Returns & Cancellations
Returns or cancellations must be requested within 7 days of delivery and are subject to the condition of the goods. Custom-cut, specially ordered, or installed products may not be eligible for return. Any approved returns will be subject to restocking or handling charges where applicable.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under applicable Qatar consumer protection laws.
